Will my insurance increase when I dont live full time at my house?
I'am relocating for work. I will be putting my current house on the market in Columbus Ohio but will be moving and living contained by the Clevland Ohio area. My question is, will my insurance run up because I will not be there all the time? However I will be coming spinal column on weekends for lawn maintence.

It is more expensive to insure a home that is not a primary residence or settled full time. Source(s): Oregon Realtor
In Colorado, your policy will change to a commercial one if you're not occupy it. It's more expensive too
