2 trees fell on my house, I don't hold any money to pay packet to my insurance, What do I do?
2 trees feel on my house during a storm, they broke my backyard iron fence and are covering more than partially of the ground of my lawn. They are just lay there.
They are not my trees, they belong to a small property area astern my lawn. Behind that property area is another house beside a lawn. So I think this property belongs to elected representatives since its neither mine or of my neighbor behind me.
Now, I don't know who to call? I don't know any designation or number for that property behind my house. The property is just a ground which is 30 or 40 foot long and 8-10 feet wide, and enjoy long large trees, woods, and other junk on it.
Since the obstruction is broken a turtle have crossed and is living in my grassland. He must be living in that property area past along with some cats (I also believe the local cats live there at dark ).
I have $1000 deductible for home insurance which means I might enjoy to pay $1000 if I call my insurance. I merely have $100 in my edge. I am sick diabetic man with no money
Answers:
Call the city and ask about tree removal. There are departments (the parks department I believe) who will come and cut the trees into chunks and haul them away. They normally have to do this to properties in my city because the trees roots are so shallow.
Was near damage to your home or the waterlines/plumbing on your property? Would it cost more to file an insurance claim or fix the balustrade?
Ask someone from your neighbours or relatives to help you. I'm sorry to hear you are within such a difficult state. Source(s): http://www.roadsout.com
just don't tolerate the snails eat your roaches, damn snails. speedy little buggers.... and as for the turtle... they taste resembling chicken... or does chicken tast like turtle? anywho... Sorry about your pool
start building a tree house. get it? TREE house?
Thank you folks, I'll be here all week.
Go to your city or county clerk's office and you can find out who owns the property.
Then depending on the state you are surrounded by the property owner could be responsible for the damage to your property.
Or, sue the turtle.
I don't know where you live but surrounded by my area many of the counties be declared disaster areas by the government. You may be able to capture assistance from them by filling out the appropriate forms. I would also contact the American red cross. They may have funds available. I would even try to contact local churches. Many times you can procure assistance from them in situations beyond your con troll such as this. Good luck.
A turtle have crossed and is living in your lawn an you are worried going on for this..?
Since the trees are not your and are from the other yard, call the city (usually city board room or the city clerks office) and ask them how owns the property and then call later and talk to them about the despoil that was done to your place.. They should be the one paying for it.
