2 trees fell on my house, I don't hold any money to make a contribution to my insurance, What can I do?

2 trees feel on my house during a storm, they broke mybackyard iron fence and are covering more than partly of the ground of my lawn. They are just lay there.

They are not my trees, they belong to a small property area at the rear my lawn. Behind that property area is another house near a lawn. So I think this property belongs to goverment since its neither mine or of my neighbor at the rear me.

Now, I don't know who to call? I don't know any name or number for that property trailing my house. The property is just a ground which is 30 or 40 feet long and 8-10 foot wide, and have long huge trees, woods, and other junk on it.

Since the fence is broken a turtle enjoy crossed and is living in my lawn. He must be living contained by that property area before along beside some cats (I also believe the local cats live there at night ).

I own $1000 deductible for home insurance which means I might have to discharge $1000 if I call my insurance. I only enjoy $100 in my bank. I am sick diabetic man beside no money
Answers:
the deductable is the amount you are expected to pay on any claim . The insurance company will assess the sprain , decide it is for example $2000 and they will give you a check for $1000.
Call your insurance agent.

If the house is not shabby you may be able to get the tree removed for free, the personage removing it just keeps the wood.
Call a couple of tree removal services and see what they can do.

I would contact the city first and find out whose tree it be and what liability they have .
budge to the local court house and find out who owns that other property there insurance would have to settle for it NOT YOURS and you should not be out of any money. A if you do have to pay the ded of $1000.00 i would name several different tree companies and see which one was the high and which be the low and see how much your insurance is willing to pay and progress from there your insurance may pay more next the lowest bid and may save your deductible
you can contact you county register of deeds, speak about them your address then tell them where on earth the property is located from your property.

they will be able to give you the information on who is the owner and who is responsible.

contact the red cross and relay them about your situation, they may be able to return with someone to help you out Source(s): good luck!
me!
Contact the county and advise them that a tree that doesn't belong to you fell on your property.
In all likelihood, if near is no signage to the contrary the property on which the trees were located belongs either to the city, the county the state or the federal senate.

Look at your yellow pages and start calling.

That said, if the property is owned by a system they may not have an obligation to verbs up the mess and make you whole.
