Would house insurance cover the cost of a lost contract mobile phone?

homeinsurance.awardspace.us - try this one. Got my home insurance from them. As I know they provide such a service.
If you are covered for "goods away from home" then it may be covered below that section of your policy, but you would need to examine your policy details and look lower than the exclusions section. Even if you are covered, you will have an excess to take-home pay. Then your premium will increase at renewal. So be very careful that you don't engineer a claim that ends up costing you far more than the phone was worth in the first place.
No.
Sorry.
You have to read the small print to see if it covers items lost away from the home + any excess. You might find that you hold to pay the first lb150 of any claim + suffer an insurance premium increase next year....
just if u have extra cover to include personal items
No. Home insurance covers fire and theft basically. And, a few other things but not a lost phone. It would cover a stolen phone but your deductible would apply and the cost of the phone would be beneath your deductible.
Yes if you own personal belongs cover - if lost away from home. Accidental damage if some thing happen to it! Will have to pay an excess.
