Do u entail renters insurance if you own a motorhome parked at a trailer park? Or 'house' insurance?

I have a motorhome and i plan on moving into a trailer park (temporarily, a year or around that). Do you need renters insurance, resembling a apartment? Or 'house' insurance? Or just good 'vehicle' insurance? I want some mode of insurance in case someone breaks surrounded by and steals my computer and other stuff or damages the motorhome.

(Please, serious responses and not just trailer park jokes, i have need of to move soon and i've never done this before so i need to know).
