Is property blight from pets covered by homeowners insurance?
Answers: IS IT A RENTAL? Sorry if so are you the renter ? If more than likely you are not covered . Welcome to America !
I would think so... but this cross-question might do better under an insurance category
nope sorry -- you buy insurance by clause -- if you didn't buy the clause its not there. i don't even know if there is a pet mischief clause. if it was damage done by someone elses animal you can sue -- the owner is responsible for the animals movements. that means if you are the owner you are responsible.
no. it also depends on which state you live within since isurance laws can be different. you can also hail as your insurance agent and ask. if not i am sure they can figure out how to donate your home some coverage.
Yes.
Dang if I know
Generally no. Unless you have a specific clause contained by your policy that states otherwise. If you didn't specifically ask for that, then that clause isn't there. Sorry.
Not if it was cause by your pets, if it was someones elses than I would think that it would be covered.
