Making a home salary lacking making the monthly insurance and tariff pocket money. Just this one month. Would it be?

I am short on money this month and need to make a house wage -could I without penalty create just the house payment lacking making the tax and insurance payment this one time -which would sustain me because adding the ins. and taxes -it adds over 250.00. Can I do this?
