Which home warranty insurance co is better?
I am buying a home and the seller is offering a home warranty. What is the best company for home warranty?

I can not tell you a moment ago how I gathered this info, so you can take it near a grain of salt, if you please.
Home warranty are designed to make a profit. They can't make money by shelling out money to contractors, for repairs, who are on their contact register. So, for instance (just an example mind you) if you're having a loss of power in a room, (electrical) and the electrician comes out and finds a loose nouns inside one of the outlet boxes, this is a "preexisting condition" of the house, thus not covered. At this point, the electrician has to call said home warranty and convey them what they found. It is at the time when he (or she) tells them that it took a while to get to this point (which it does) that the home warranty provider denies the claim on the "loss of power". And if you want it fixed, you can any pay the electrician rates, or get somebody else. And surrounded by the state I'm in, it is a state law that we can not reinstall something that "is a safekeeping or fire issue".
