Anyone know anything give or take a few home owner's insurance and what townhome resident deal beside a problem?
We live in a town home and our unit is above adjectives of garages (4). It appears the sink in our bathroom (pipes, etc....) is leaking and cause some damage to one of the other residents garage ceiling. There is some water injure, some drops of water and the drywall is slightly crumbling. This is also starting to show in another nouns a few feet away. Thus, I assume it's some rusty pipes. I'm not looking to place blame, etc... but who deals next to it. I'm assuming (that word again) that it is something through home owner's insurance, but for is it for me to deal with since it is my pipes, or them because it is their garage. Also, they did start to verbs into the ceiling a bit to investigate. If anyone can help, please..... thanks

Typically with condos, you are responsible for everything within the exterior walls. If your leaky pipe does lay waste to, it's your fault. Your insurance should cover it. The exterior walls and property is typically the responsibility of the association.
You didn't influence who owns your property.
Whoever that is will be responsible.
Insurance will not cover the leak itself, but would cover injury (subject to Deductible, possibly) but ONLY to the point the condition became known to the Owner, and possibly a rational time after that to correct the problem.
If you own, fix the leak.
If you rent, call the tenant.
If he does nothing, give the owners of the artificial cars his phone number.
