Who do you use for home owner's insurance?
And do you like the company?
I asked this before, but it get reported. I appealed it. And believe me, I am going to win!
Answers:
Erie Insurance
Blake Insurance and yes, I am merry with them.
I don't think they're countrywide, so I'm not sure if it's available in your area.
Looks close to you have a stalker, unfortunately.
EDIT: I purely wanted to add that I own State Farm for my vehicles and was going to bring homeowner's through them too, but even with the discount, they were still more expensive than Blake.
EDIT2: I designed to say they were more expensive, near even LESS coverage. No joke. We compared everything, not just the cost.
That is crap! The answers can be used to help you make an informed conclusion! Again we use State Farm and get a discount since we insure both our home and our two cars through them.
EDIT** we pay our homeowners through escrow as ably! another thing is cheaper does not always close-fisted that it will be equal especially in terms of coverage. you own to look at how much you would pay out in bag of an accident, flood, natural disaster, etc.
state farm. with the sole purpose b/c they had the best rate for us. our agent is one of FIL's friends. so far no complaints. we've had our house 4yrs this june.
EDIT: hubby is an ins agent, so i'll email this to him for things to shop for.
I don't feel it's a nation-wide company but we have our home, auto, and life insurance through Texas Farm Bureau Insurance company. I LOVE them!
Does this be a sign of you got the house?
ETA: Just to give you a comparison... we income around $625 per year (added to our montly mortgage payment) for an average, new home.
Farmers. $1000 a year is not bad. I pay $1100, but not everybody's property is equal. Hence, these numbers will fluctuate widely between folks.
National Grange Mutual...and yes I am lively.
Good luck on the appeal. I'm sure you will win it.
(make sure to roll your homeowners into your Escrow...I didn't and now we have to settle out for it every January 1).
I was wondering what happened....
But my answer is still indistinguishable....no homeowners for crappy trailer-owners like myself. Source(s): <3 Mommy of 4 year old Tyler & 13 month behind the times Riley <3
