Does strength insurance force terminal inhabitants to shift home?

my dad has been surrounded by the hospital for 17 days now. he has cancer of prosate, bladder, sea in lungs, swollen legs, and his one kidney is not working and the other is poorly working. he will hold a visiting nurse to help my mom. he have a walker now and a cathita. is is true that the insurance won't agree to him remain in the hospital beacause they can no longer help him. my mom won't voice it. she is 72 and he is 74. my friends in nursing say it"s beacuse he is terminal. MY QUESTION IS THIS TRUE?
Answers:
No - explicitly up for the doctors to decide. If the doctors decide that he can be care for in a different facility, they can transfer him to hospice assistance to keep him pain free. That anyone said, terminal with complications is far different from terminal.
If there is nought that they can do except give pain medication to brand him comfortable, then yes, it is true. Is the visiting nurse chunk of a Hospice program? Hospice care is care at home for terminal populace who would rather die in their own home instead of a convalescent hospital or nursing home. He should qualify for that.
