If I am fired for working from my home bureau, may I collect laying-off insurance benefits?

I was hired by a company with a branch department in New Jersey. However, my signed offer message states that my home office is in Brooklyn, NY. (I discharge New York City and New York State taxes and do not pay New Jersey taxes). Still, I am continually harassed for not coming to the New Jersey organization.

If I'm fired for not working at the New Jersey office, may I still collect job loss insurance benefits? My pay checks are being sent to the New Jersey department. If they are not sent to my office in Brooklyn, are they technically withholding my earnings?

Have you considered working from home?
I suggest you to try project payday, simply because you don't need any money up front and you can start making money within minutes. I average around 2,500 dollars every month beside it. Check it out at http://www.ecurrencyhomeprogram.com/payday.htm
Most likely you would not be able to collect. The company can emergency that you come into the New Jersey office and in reality it is common for people who work at a branch organization to have to go to the key office for meetings and things so if you litter you would be terminated for cause. Brooklyn is not that far from NJ so depending on where contained by NJ the office is located I would do the commute if that was what be required.
