Who sell insurance for mobile homes

does anyone know what insurance company sell insurance to people who live surrounded by mobile homes. i'm trying to rent a few out and i want to make sure my tenants are covered newly in case something doomed to failure happens like Katrina since they are so fraigle. Thanks for your relief.
If your renting out the mobile home then you call for a rental dwelling policy. And the type of policy your renters need is renters insurance.

Neither of these policies cover flood. Flood is a separate policy should through the National Flood Association. State Farm does sell these policies. Maybe other companies do to but I don't know.
