Would home owners insurance reward if you build a shed short a licence?
and it crashes over and damages the house. The shed was not included in insurance coverages as it be built after the house was bought

From what I understand a licence is not required unless the building (shed) is ATTACHED to your main dwelling.
Depends on how it crashed into the house. If it was storm/wind, no. An "Act of God" would exclude it.
