Answers:
as per my knowledge two policies are suiting to your inevitability.
1. Home owners Insurance
2. Fire Insurance.
In this two policies home owners policy is mainly used for insuring ur home and the items attached and non attached to home, this will cover replacement and repairs also.comparatively premium is also high because of the coverage of repairs.fiesta insurance is an all risk policy it will cover all risk apart from exclusions.Only replacement is possible beneath fire insurance so premium is very less.so contained by case of you a standard fire policy is better because ur the house owner.U will get risk coverage for a smaller amount premium.

capture landlord's insurance in the country where the property is
net sure it covers loss of rental income in both situations:
1. tenant does a runner leaving rent unpaid
2. tenant is not sufficiently expert to occupy property due to damage (eg a fire)
be careful on loss of rental as like mad of insurers only cover one but not the other situation
Ants often invade when humans are not around. Damage by pests is excluded from most homeowner's insurance policies.
