What is the catalogue within NJ for home flood insurance??

we are buying a home we found out is definetly in a flood zone (though it has never flooded ever). Just wondering what you guys hold found to be the range of flood insurance in NJ??
Answers:
You can go to www.nfip.gov and get a quote estimate.

The rates are set by FEMA, so what you're REALLY looking at is coverage limitations and flood zone. No one here knows the flood zone of that house, OR the coverage limit, so we can't switch on to guess. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
Call a broker and bring it quoted, it's that simple.
You don't enjoy to guess, go find out. The link below is for the flood insurance program; put contained by an address, get a quote.

***** NO FORMS REQUIRED

If you buy the house and you're required to get a survey done, request a flood records from the surveyor. Since he's there already, he can kill .... you know

Good luck.
