Why do childish general public near no home or insurance hang on to have babies,while living near parents or some relative?

Permissive parents who never let them make tangible mistakes and have to deal near them. They have always be enabled and rescued.
It goes back to their have no parenting. Which goes back to my plan to license those who will to be parents! But it will never happen sadly since everyone think it is their right.

Because the state or government will relieve them take care of the child. Some folks can make more on welfare programs than they can going to work. Some incentive to get past its sell-by date their A(a)(a) and get a job. With the birth control we hold redily available (and yes you can get that free too) there is no excuse for getting pregnant. The parents also involve to instill some morals in their children and let them know ahead of time what is reasonable and what is not. Society today has pretty much gone to hell. The kids raise themselves no discipline only just free to roam. If you give someone a long enough rope eventually their bound to suspend themselves..
Cause they do it for the money. Each kid they have they can draw a check on get free medical for that kid and themselves and after draw help with food. I enjoy no problem with some one that truely needs the help--but at hand are a lot that use the system and get away next to it. Why should they have to pay for anything when they can capture it all FREE? The parent or relative probably feels sorry for them(more so the children) so as long as they hold the child, apparently they are guarenteed somewher to live. It's not right and I would be willing to bet they probable weren't raised that bearing, but seem to like that style of life rather than working.
So as not to step on anyone toes here, at hand are the few people that work and need the aid to get by, that I understand. You do what you hold to do to feed and take concern of your kids. You may not like it, but at least the assistance is there.
