Can I claim my PAYE (Pay As You Earn) & NI (Natinal Insurance) if I am returning spinal column to my home country?
I am a foreign student and have been working piece time in the UK since October 2004 and planning to go rear to my country for good in the appendage of October 2009. Will it be possible to claim all PAYE & NI which I have salaried during this period. If Yes, when should I do it.
I am confused hearing different stories from different ancestors, Please help. Thanks.

You cannot reclaim your National Insurance, but there will be a repayment of due due to you. When you leave your job you will receive a P45 from your employer. Download form P85 frm www.hmrc.gov.uk and transport it with your P45 to your tax organization and they will deal with your reimbursement. Source(s): ex Inspector of Taxes
