Going to secure unit for not paying insurance, losing home what do I do?

Part 2 of my first question, Now I received a letter today adage my home will be sold also

What do you mean you're going to jail? What are you mortal charged with? Civil law address insurance contracts and the breaking of them. You cannot be charged with something that is a civil situation. Unless you were driving without insurance because your policy be cancelled for non-payment, but in most jurisdiction this is not an arrestable offence, and few if any jurisdictions allow intern time for driving without insurance. It's almost always a hefty fine. How almost some more details?
Well, it's not ILLEGAL to not pay insurance, so there's something else going on. Looks like your home is anyone reposessed.
