You are not "to young" to have arthritis or Rheumatism. It all depends on what your environment is.
You can start by why your not seeing a doctor. I did that too. I run into my doc and she asked where on earth i'd been, when I told her I just couldn't afford her anymore she come unglued.
Within a day I was seeing her, getting test and bags of prescriptions that I couldn't afford.
Don't underestimated your doctor, they can oblige that's why they're there. I'm not saying she's going to facilitate you all the time but when you ask if you need it.

You can try rime packs on the sore joints and try boil, whatever works. Tylenol or Ibuprofen may work, what you need are the proper test and meds.
At 32 I enjoy to wonder if your arthritis isn't more than just that. You really shouldn't suffer from severe pain at your age. I would turn to a doctor and have it checked out. You could have Rheumatoid Arthritis or Lupus. You can other work out a payment plan with your doctor and if you call for medication, you can go to www.needymeds.com. Prescription drug companies also work with those who don't enjoy insurance and can't afford medication. Source(s): http://www.needymeds.com
Exercise 20 to 30 minutes a morning, and get a full eight hours of sleep at night. Avoid any exercise that produces reciprocal pain that lasts an hour after the exercise is over. Don't attempt to "hoof it off the pain." Source(s): http://informationinfor.50webs.com/arthr…
I'd recommend a change in your diet. Try to stick to fruits and veggies and huge salads for a few days and see if that relieves your throbbing. It sounds like it could be allergy or gluten intolerance or it could be rheumatoid arthritis not osteoarthritis IF you have arthritis. Apparently (by your avatar) you are a Christian, so 1st I would recommend lots of prayer. Secondly, I have hear that products with caspacin (think that's the correct spelling) help; they contain a drastically hot chile-type pepper and are supposed to help with discomfort related issues. You can also eat the pepper or put into food to help - again, this is only what I hold heard and not tried. May God be with you :}
