Rent to own home insurance?

need help plz...im renting to own a home within louisiana, the owner wants me to carry the prime insurance(i own content) plus pay the parish and city taxes. Am i liable to carry and wage the insurance when i dont own the home yet? Thanks any web sites helpfull to

read the contract. Most do not but yours may require it. But individual do these types of loans till you can get real loan so verbs up any issues you have credit or income wise and draw from a proper loan
