What is the process of becoming a certified home inspector and what considerate of insurance do you involve to take?

i've been researching certification to be a home inspector (more FHA inspector). i've found a conservatory, seems legit. what should i look for in the school's credentials? and what kind(s) of insurance and citations do i need to go out on my own? what's the typical monthly insurance overhead? how almost initial out-of-pocket investment? i live in AZ, if that means anything to anyone. appreciation.
