Where I can find home owners Insurance policy for a Rental Property that also covers the Property Management?
We have a property management company that handle our rental property. They require us to carry a homeowners policy with THEIR baptize on our policy for liability. This type of policy does not seem to be the norm and therefore is thorny to find. Can anyone assist? The home is in Texas. Thanks!

The property management company I use have the same requirement on liability insurance. I found it with All State. they added it to my lands lord fire insurance package.
