Answers: Cigna mostly. I hold family members who are Fed-Ex team & I wk in health insurance.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it depends... Some FedExers I know have Cigna, some have United Healthcare, some own Aetna. I don't know if it's determined by your job - i.e. drivers - or if you pick.
Depending on where you are located, FedEx has several option. In NJ they use Cigna and you can chose an HMO or the PPO (excellent coverage). Dental is Metlife and Vision is Davis Vision.
