Does anyone know of any vigour insurance for children?
My daughter has been getting back with dfcs. And I got a telephone call today, and the lady told me that my husband and I make to much for my daughter to verbs getting help (medicaid)..
Ok I know that i am not dirt poor and I am not rich -i'm average-, but where the hell do they take their sources from. I cant afford to pay a $400 -$500 dr bill every 2 months.
ANyways my question is does anyone know where on earth I can find some insurance (possibly cheap but good) for my 1 year old.?
Answers:
Yes, contact your county vigour department. There is government health insurance, and if truth be told, I believe our government has basically this weekend passed a bill making it easier to get this.
Good luck.
Also, you can take your child to your vigour department, and they will charge you on a sliding scale, depending on your income.
I use strength benefits and I love it. It covers doctors, specialist, hospital, dental, vision, prescription, and chiropractic. I pay going on for $50 a month. And that covers everyone in my house. The website I went to is below. Good Luck.

www.bluecross.com
www.blueshield.com
are two places to look at individual plans
Also, my state (Idaho) offers a sliding level insurance plan for kids called CHIP (there are two divisions CHIP A and CHIP B), so you should see if your state has something similar.
