Does anyone know if COBRA strength insurance would rear legs date coverage for a college student who is no longer FT?

My 22 yr old son is going P/T for the upcoming semester and will not be covered during that time. My concern is that in the crust something happens, I would like to know it would be covered if something be to happen. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If someone leaves our company, they have resembling 45 days to sign up for COBRA. If we don't hear from them right away, we'll end their insurance at the end of the month. However, if they sign up for COBRA during the 45 light of day window, we will retroactively re open their insurance for them. Now, as you would expect, they will have to pay for it lower than COBRA. If they don't sign up for COBRA in the 45 day fanlight, then the opportunity is lost.
To expect them to pay for date something is to expect them to commit fraud. That will not happen.
He should be eligible for health insurance through the university, that will probably be your best bet for inexpensive coverage.
