What do you update someone who can't afford condition insurance?

What do you tell someone who's working at a place like Wal-Mart or construction when he requests health care? If someone with the sole purpose makes $12.00 an hour, he's not going to be able to afford to help yourself to a lot of money out of his check for insurance. (I made less than that for 3 years, I be lucky I never had a health problem) So he's not going to be capable of go to the doctor, which costs about $100-150 a pop in (it was $120 the last time I go, not counting the prescription).

But there are still a lot of general public that don't think we should have a national condition care system. The Wall Street Journal's answer was import tax breaks and health savings accounts. Geniuses...if you breed little money, how can you save any? When I made $9 an hour, I generally have less than $200 a month left over after bills be paid. I used that for food. What use is the best health guardianship in the world, if only the rich can afford it? So what do you inform the millions who aren't fortunate enough to be insured?
Answers:
National health care insurance should hold been passed 30 or 40 years ago when people contained by this country actually care around one another.
Today, people could care smaller amount about their neighbors. They only protection about their portfolios.
This is a total myth. Low cost and no cost health insurance is convenient to low income families. Google it.

You'd be surprised at how many of those "uninsured" ethnic group are driving around in $400/month cars, have cell phones, digital cable, big eyeshade tv's and laptops and $2K/month mortgages.

I am fortunate enough to be insured, but let me explain to you, over $300/month comes out of my paycheck for it. Because of that, there are things I do without. It adjectives boils down to personal responsibility.
Under Hillary's plan you will get subsidized by the rich guys that shun to pay the lowest paid workers a wearing clothes wage.
I'd share them three things:

Lay your pride aside, and try to get Medicaid - If your family coupé is worth less than $4650, your other assets do not exceed $3000, you may qualify.

Don't go to the doctor unless it's an emergency. Then be in motion to the county hospital as an indigent patient.

Get medical care, salary what you can, then declare ruin. Thanks to Bush Republicans you will still have to make payments on your credit cards, but some of your debts will be wipe out. In 10 years, you will have good credit again, provided not a soul in your family get sick during that time.
This is what I've been seeing other people say-so to that:
"I don't want to pay for lazy relations who don't work"
"It's not my fault they can't afford it"
"I should not be forced to pay for these people"
"I clear for my own, why can't they pay for theirs?"
"We can't have socialism contained by our country."

My the only thing I can vote is:
"Good health shouldn't be given only to those who can afford it"
I agree with you that we call for *something* to help with complete healthcare. I went 10 years earning smaller quantity than $12,000/year, working two part time jobs (neither of which hence provided insurance) until I was able to obtain my dream job full time, benefits included. Sometimes I bought my own. If I hit hard times, I have to let it lapse. It is through sheer luck that I never had to step on any kind of welfare.

For NOW, though, I suggest they ask their regular doctor about the location of clinics, and if adjectives else fails, send them to the emergency room. Which is discouraging for the emergency room.
If you are a republican you tell them it's their problem, turn your back and put your foot away. If you are a liberal you help them find a way to affor it. Source(s): Whats wrong thumbs down repubs? Can't knob the truth?
I've had job that didn't pay enough to return with health insurance and I just have to make due. I went next to out my medications for my diabetes. I've also had job that payed enough for me to buy health insurance on my own singular to find out that because of my pre-existing conditions the insurance companies wouldn't cover me. I had to make due in that as well.

Having been thru that I'd enjoy to tell that person contained by the same boat, sorry but there is no RIGHT to taxpayer provided condition care. That is simply the cold hard reality of life.
I hope you all never own to find out what it's like to work all your life span, pay your insurance, pay your taxes, do adjectives the responsible things you're supposed to do, and then lose your job, possibly due to age nouns (very hard to prove).
Run out your Cobra, and no one will insure you due to a pre-existing surgery or condition. At the age of 60 it's not trouble-free to find a job that you've done for 40 years, when they can get a 30 year ripened for much less money, with a college point.

No one expects to find themselves in this position, but s..t happens adjectives the time. All you need is the right set of circumstances to happen freshly a certain way, and you could be broke and on the street. Everything you worked for gone, no stash left.

I hope you all realize that it really can transpire to you, and quit being so smug. You're young and guess you have the world by the tail, but it can turn around and bite you at any time!
What do you tell someone who can't afford health insurance?

I will explain to them that you will pick up the tab for them.

I don't have health insurance, you want to buy me some? I sure as hell don't stipulation any more taxes. Do you think it's just trickery money that will come out of nowhere from the government to pay for adjectives this?
Hears what they wont tell you......It doesnt work surrounded by England, Canada, France ect. These ppl pay 80% taxes and what is hiding behind door#2 for the Americans Bob?
.
I would say that individual should work harder to get a raise or a better profession. Or else get some government relief, welfare, Medicaid or whatever. I believe that if a person really wants help the government should patently help them. But I also feel that those of us who can give somebody a lift care of ourselves should not be FORCED to rely on the government.

BTW I enjoy Wal-Mart insurance and it is very good, affordable and offered to constituent time help. They pay 80% up to a convinced amount then they cover us 100% so we never have to verbs about losing our house or going bankrupt due to medical bills.
The cons will say get a better situation, improve yourself, or go to academy or something. What they fail to realize is there is other a poor class in a capitalist society, and those jobs are habitually taken by people who do not have to ability to do better.

It's a national tragedy we are the wealthiest society in the world yet we can't (or cons won't) pocket care of our own countrymen.

Some will even blame it all on iffy aliens. Dumb - but there it is.
Sorry, honey - my sis-in-law works at Wal-Mart, loves her job, and have benefits. Nice try, though....

And my community, small and remote as it is, has more than one health clinic set up strictly for poor nation - they charge you on a sliding scale. The less money you own, the less you're charged. If *my* community has it, why doesn't yours?

My best friend doesn't hold insurance. She just got out of the hospital. So I don't buy that BS excuse that you can't seize care if you don't have insurance. She manage just fine. And guess what? She doesn't expect you or me to pay her bill for her.

Why don't we adopt a "loser pays" policy contained by regards to law suits? That would put a screaming halt to adjectives the BS law suits, yet still allow legal ones to go through. Of course, kiss *that* idea goodbye if that ambulance-chaser Edwards get elected...
You're right. We are in danger of creating an unholy mess beside the health care plans man toutted right now. Consider each "class" surrounded by turn:

Rich - No problem. Money will buy good health safekeeping whatever system we have.

Upper middle-class - Going to be OK. May own to pay a bit more.

The mass of middle-class - ie, the majority. We're going to get stiffed, paying for those who can't whilst, at best, getting no better a system than we own now.

The very poor - the on the dole and disabled etc are going to feel benefit from this. Heck, any healthcare is better than none.

Those just above the impressively poor - Well and truly stiffed. Don't qualify for the really cheap premiums, have to pay something but can't afford it. What do you do? Pay the gas bill and forego vigour insurance in the hope that having bake means you don't get sick or do you forego grill knowing that you have health insurance to cover the doctor's bills when you win sick?

The answer is simple. The USA was not ready for HillaryCare contained by 1993. I think it is now. Who will enjoy the courage to propose it? Our alternative is to tell those in low-wage full-time job to start paying for those who don't even have that. Not a good message to transport in a capitalist economy.

EDIT: PRC47 GRUNT, attain your facts right. Taxation in the UK is nothing close to 80%. Healthcare is free at point of use (except a small charge for prescriptions). The British worker earning average wage pays one third less (yes, LESS) surrounded by healthcare taxes than his American counterpart pays in taxes and insurance.
Nope.
I paid for my Health Insurance when I made smaller amount than $9.00 an hour.
I never asked for Welfare.

(Don't forget, millions who don't have Health Insurance, are the poor who don't work, and they get their Health Care FREE.)

If you are a Democrat, you whine for them, but you will NEVER help out them with any of YOUR OWN MONEY.
i know a family of five that was paying give or take a few $1400 month for health insurance. then they switched that hoard account repub crap. so far i don't think it have covered anything. has an extremely high deductable.
https://www.ehealthinsurance.com/ehi/All…

I could procure insuance for as low as $110 a month. It did have $5000 deductable for major medical which is not frightening. Office visits were $35.
Ha...... wolf When be that 1962 .........
You obviously Have not or Were NEVER poor!

YOU had other $$$ than $9/an hour!

What does $9 buy? 2 gal of milk...........
Which go in 2 days at my house!

Something needs to be done!
If the Gov. get HEALTHCARE..........
ALL AMERICANS SHOULD!

Truthbtold............Yeah sure now you are talking more or less the middle class..............I googled LOW COST FAMILY HEALTH INSURANCE...........................
These are not low cost!
THe CO- PAYS are very high!
-+With Gas prices.......life prices..............Food prices on a HIGH spike...........How could a family making $30k a year pay for their own healthcare!!

I guess it comes down to THE PEOPLE beside $$$$ ................
and.................The People without!
me
I'm 17 have 2 jobs
and be in motion to college!
I would bring up to date them what I tell everyone. The US could provide higher aspect health care and provide it for everyone for something like 2\3 of what Americans are paying now if we had a single payer system similar to the rest of the world.

The people who keep parrot, "I don't want to pay for your health comfort," can't seem to get it through their head that they'd be paying LESS than they are paying now. Hidden costs are still costs. Higher prescription prices, bureaucratic costs at both ends--adminstrative costs for private insurance companies are ten times what they are for medicare and about 1/3 of Doctor and Hospital fees stem from denied claims and have to process paperwork from multiple insurers-- Employee Health Care Benefits factored into prices, all of these and more go bye-bye when we cut out the Private Insurance Companies.

Oh, and I'd relay them to be more careful of who they worked for. The Auto Industry is about to lock out UAW again general, because they've decided that they can't honor the contract provisions for Retiree Health Care AND give themselves bonuses resting on their already outrageous Executive Compensation.
That's a concrete question that is more me to answer
my Cobra ends soon after human being employed for 25 yrs with
my ex employer he will not keep me on accounts even if I pay him the monthly cost to have Coverage and I hold been turned down already by two health company's because of the Surgery I have three years ago I need to ok for !0 yrs before they will insur me I hope I don't find sick
I was laid off two months earlier my 55th birthday after 22 years of exemplary service (matter of record, not my opinion) because the company I worked for did not want to pay my robustness insurance premiums. I am all ears... please enlnighthten me, my friend. I am listening... I pay packet $800/month in COBRA costs and my funds have a moment ago run out... please tell me something good...
I guess it does not issue any more... I do work doing odd jobs. I enjoy BS and MS in chemical engineering, but am unemployable because of my age...
I make less than that and i own healthcare (thru my employeer)...but if you are poor and can not afford it try medicaide...sometimes it will work for ya.....anyway, if i can get insurance you can too, all you hold to do is try...even when i was out of a job for a few months we bought a temp healthcare plan thru a local ins. co and it wasnt the best but if something be to come up we wouldnt have to sell our arms and legs to rate....of course my husband and i both work i work 40hrs and he works 60hrs...so we try to take protection of ourselves....others should too....
