Just get out the army, no condition insurance, what do i do?

I just got out of alive Army where I was 100% covered, but have no health problems except for a leg problem which I claimed with the VA. I fast joined the Reserves so I do not qualify for the 180 days of medical coverage after being discharged. I newly received a letter from the VA telling me I have an abnormal PAP smear and I should have a colposcopy next to my physician. The problem is I dont have one and it is way too expensive to bring one with no insurance. I dont have a opening yet so I cant afford it. I also started experiencing back distress just after I got out the army and found out my spine is misaligned. I never experiences this problem surrounded by the Army so I have no medical record of it to claim beside the VA. What can I do?

You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to draw from you the best price. I am paying less than 1/2 after I did.

My personal opinion is that you have a second pap done by a reputable doctor. I don't trust those veterans hospitals at adjectives. (I have a relative who works in one.)
