What would you do if your vigour insurance co suddenly dropped you?

Answers: ring Hillary Clinton! I'm sure she'd come right over.
I'd have to sue them because my retirement provides coverage for me for the rest of my life.
Its routine practice now for companies to review policies issued 15 or more years ago and make every force to cancel them .
Insurance companies realize that they face much greater risk of a payout the longer they hold a policy .

It is in a minute standard to review and change policy coverages by offering whats called an updated policy .
This requires a unknown medical exam and if you do not meet proper health standards your are dropped by the company .

This forces you to purchase insurance at a much superior cost .
powerfully, the eskimos use to leave old individuals in the snow to die. they were compassionate conservatives.
Buy insurance elsewhere. Or go minus insurance.
If you are unable to achieve health insurance coverage from your employer, it makes sense to bring your own individual policy, so you don’t get stuck with huge medical bills contained by the event of an unforseen emergency. There’s a new company offering low cost individual health plans within Texas for young, reasonably nutritious people. You buy into a plan at a super low cost with fixed benefits that will cover the typical events and preventative care of a healthy personage. Then, if something catastrophic happens, you have the choice to get additional level of coverage, even AFTER the event. A healthy 25-year-old male (and under) would wages under $100 a month for basic coverage. Check them out at http://www.precedent.com - Even if you’re not contained by Texas, my understanding is that they’ll be offering plans in added states soon. I hope you find what you need!
I don't think they can do that unless they verbs out of your state and in that case I deem they usually find another company to take all existing clients.
Find out why
Get insurance from another company.
I've gone without health insurance so much because of lay offs and have to go through temp agencies and the like it's not even funny. It's HELL. I own had breast cancer and I can't get checked because ya know what? If it's spinal column (my mom died from it and I'm HIGH RISK), there isn't a damn thing I can do more or less it. Plus I have high blood pressure......can afford the drug on the lay off because of my husband working but I CAN'T AFFORD THE DOCTOR.
Sue themwith a firery feeling
Find out their reasons.

Take them to court.

Get every penny back ever given to them for the insurance.
I wouldn't feel anything because they can't lately *suddenly* drop you.
BTW - I participate in a plan, adjectives companies offer it - mandated by the administration. It's FREE - no monthly premiums. I put money out of each paycheck into a savings story & use that money to pay for healthcare - I get like discounts as PPO plans, only I don't pay the monthly premiums.
Sorry, you can't be bitter going on for healthcare not being affordable any longer. It's FREE, it doesn't get any more affordable that that. Oh yeah, my deductible us $900 smaller quantity per year than the standard PPO plans too.
Bet you feel silly now, huh?
Don't try to spread anger, tutor yourself - you'll feel MUCH better in the run out
I would freak out and probably get sick.
I don't have that problem, I live contained by Canada, and it can not happen.
I would telephone call and cuss em, and then get individual insurance,
eventually go into a coma short my meds and die, i have no thryroid gland
Mine would *love* to....I have a chronic condition that requires a hell of a lot of medical attention.

With private insurance - dutiful private insurance, I might add - it took me more than FIFTEEN YEARS to get a diagnosis. I'm sure I'd still be waiting if the govt took over.

We stipulation to adopt a "loser pays" method for lawsuits - that'll stop the frivolous BS and yet still allow for legitimate suits. The prohibitive cost of malpractice insurance is creating a doctor shortage - that's a short time ago going to make matters a unbroken lot worse.

What would I do? Be screwed...what could you really do about it?
1. Find out why. If for a reason such as non-attendance from you, you can get back on by paying up. If you hold falsified statements on the application that cause you to be dropped, not much you're gonna do with that company.

There aren't closely of legitimate reasons for an insurer to drop your coverage. Source(s): abundant years in the industry
Find out why and sue. Or find another company.
Wow. I'd only just have to stop taking my medicines and see what happen. Not a pretty sight.
Hope that a candidate win in 2008 that will provide universal insurance. Every year, my current robustness care provider gets worse and worse, all the same the premiums go up and up
Get another one. Thank God we live within America where you have choices huh?
Go to another company.
I don't have vigour insurance.
