What happen if you verbs to use your strength insurance after man downsized from an employer?
My position ended with a company contained by Oct., they have yet to dissolve my benefits, or offered to continue them under COBRA. I want a simple surgical procedure performed should I use?

Check beside the HR manager and if they say you are still covered, by adjectives means, schedule your procedure while you are still covered. It is totally lawful to do so.
Ummm, that sounds a little too good to be true!! Check and triple check to cause sure you are still covered and that there is a reason for it....you dont want to own the procedure and then the company renig on your insurance, that could cost you thousands! When I get the ax, I phoned my drugstore for refills as soon as I walked out of my commission. They were filled and near wasn't any problem. Several months later, the insurance company began writing me, roughly speaking every 2 weeks, telling me that I was responsible for the full cost of the drugs. I wrote final after their 2nd or 3rd attempt, and stated that they were writing the wrong person. If my former employer erstwhile to cancel my insurance in a timely deportment, and they felt they were due any money, they should contact my former employer for reimbursement, because after adjectives, my insurance was provided by him. They wrote one more time, after went away!
