Health Insurance?

I'm shopping for health insurance and am a bit confused by all the vocabulary,Can someone tell me the difference between HMO's,PPO's,Network's,And Indemnity's and which is better?

I just want coverage for myself,30ish,smoker,pretty obedient health.Anyone company better than the next?

Also i would close to to see any doctor i'd like or go to any hospital short having to worry more or less my insurance paying or not..
