Well, I pay about $50 a compensate check for my health insurance and my boss pays 80% of the premium for me. So, that is $100 a month for me and $500 a month for him. And explicitly just for me. If an employee signs up for himself +family it is WAY superior.
I am not sure what state your company is headquarted at, but I can tender you some group rates in california- In los angeles CA, rates are delivered for small groups 2-50 employee's, they are also rate by age bands and plan designs, each delivery service offers several different plans- up to 20 plans from each delivery service. Pre-paid plans (called HMO's) are the most expensive, and then PPO plans (deductible plans) higher the deductible the lower the premiums. So what does adjectives mean in plain ole fashioned english?.. that you can purchase a illustrious deductible plan for an employee aged under 30 for something like 100.bucks a month, HMO plans range from approx. 230. bucks a month for employee aged beneath 30, as your employees get elder the price goes up!.. and add on auxiliary costs for dependents. Roughly $1000 per month for a single worker. $2500 with family
At my company, which have 20 employees, insurance is HIGH.
I contribute $100/paycheck. I'm paid semi-monthly (twice/month). It's freshly me on the policy. The company contribute $600/month. I'm currently in Texas.
When I lived in Virginia and I saw the bill for the medical insurance, for singles it be $400/month. It's just getting higher and difficult.
Single employees, you're looking at $200/month. For a family, closer to $400-500/month.
