This is an organization that you may join twelve-monthly or like I did, lifetime. There are jobs jalore. Just read the site & see if that's something you might budge for.
A camper would help, but many job have a place to live. I don't worry roughly that since I travel in a motor home.
I have friends who drive tour buses within Juneau for Princess Cruise Lines and love it. This is their second year and they are touring the Far East, on Princess, for free all Winter. They have the best benfits of any cruise smudge that I have seen. They also hold a fabulous training program. My friends found this job at workamper.com

I worked in Denali National Park later summer in central southern Alaska, and I would unquestionably recommend working there. There are many employer there, Aramark and Princess are two of the main ones, but here are also other small companies around. The tourist industry is huge over the summers, and always needs more personnel. I'm not sure about the health insurance, I have an idea that if you are of management position there is that opportunity, but not for the regular hourly workers. Good luck!
