Health Insurance?
I am needing to find a health insurance plan for my family circle. It will be for my husband & I and our 2 girls. I am looking for something that will cover it all....health, dental, illusion....whatever. If anyone can kind of point me within the right direction I would really appreciate it. Or if you have any tips for me. I really don't even know where to start....
Oh and my husband is self employed....he's an independent contractor (if that helps at all)

It is best to work beside an experienced broker in your state. They should be able to introduce you to several plans and consequently narrow down your choices based on those discussions.
We volunteer links on our site where potential clients can view quotes and strength insurance plans on their own and then speak to an agent.

don't use ehealthinsurance....use an insurance broker (which is what ehealth is), but an indiviudal broker will be more useful and provide better service. They're big, but since insurance is regulate they provide at the same price.
Read the information on my site to learn and find details and use an insurance broker that does business in your state.
Being self-employed has no carriage on the process at all. It's no different than working at a company that just doesn't proposal coverage OR that offers coverage that's just expensive.

web hunt mercy health plans-ours is great
You can try ehealthinsurance.com or BenefitMall. ehealthinsurance can generate a few side by side quotes online; BenefitMall should direct you to a licensed agent who can help you shop for coverage. Otherwise, find an agent contained by your city who specializes in individual policies.
There is no one best company and next to health insurance you get what you pay cheque for.
Visit a local agent that works with all the crucial companies in your area. The agent can find the best plan for your situation and budget and can explain what you achieve and, more importantly, what you won't get with any plan. There is no extra charge using an agent.
Most individual policies don't include dental and phantasm. Some will have limited dental and trance as an optional benefit at an additional cost but when you do the math you are largely better off without the coverage. The agent can show you the plans beside this option.
Do not try to do this over the internet. It'll take you several days to intelligently compare adjectives the plans available. Also, if you have any pre-existing conditions that might add a rider to the policy, motive you to be declined, or if you are out of the height and solidity guidelines you won't know until you've applied and gone through the underwriting process.
