Just found out that I am pregnant, I hold not strength insurance. What should I do?

I am 20, soon to be 21. I just found out I am pregnant. I am 5 weeks, 1 day. I don't own health insurance. I am currently working, but only own a part time job. My living doesn't cover part-time employers near insurance, what should I do? My fiance has really good insurance, but it doesn't cover me since we're not married on the other hand. Need help. I've looked into medicaid, and not sure how that works.
Answers:
try to find a planned parenthood center in your nouns, they will help you with food, housing, working, anything you might call for including the healthcare that a pregnant woman will need, you can go to www.plannedparenthood.org for more information, hope this help
it works merely like regular insurance only usually everything is compensated for and no copays. from what I understand if you are pregnant you are able to bring it. check in to it a little more. it is specifically within for people in your situation. Just turn to your local dfs office and fill out the thesis work. they usually give you a choice between 2 providers and then a register of doctors that each provider excepts. there is usually several doctors to choose from and you conceivably able to keep your current doctor if you enjoy one.
Go to your local Family Support Division and apply for Medicaid. You can also try going to your local health department.
Most Medicaid plans will cover pregnant women who earn up to 185-200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Since you only enjoy a part-time job, you should well qualify. Your baby will qualify as well. Go receive signed up and get good pre-natal diligence.
Apply for medicaid, in a lot of states close to Florida you can apply online. If not go online and find the local center and do it ASAP because it takes 30-45 days *for me more or less 45* to get approved. Make sure you look online to make sure you bring everything you entail with you, they require alot of things, and that should speed it up a bit. The only entity is, most clinics will not take you unless you've ALREADY BEEN APPROVED, I'm moving home Thursday to a different state where I can't achieve approved because of income and didn't get to a doctor here because the process took so long. So apply tomorrow.
Go to wic or a county hospital and apply for Medi-cal. They usualy have a medi-cal person on staff that can minister to you. They can atleast find a way to get you low cost vigour insurance. Good luck
what state are you in? It is very unproblematic to get government insurance minus no cost to you at all. Also, dont forget WIC and HEALTHY FAMILIES. Good luck
insurance compay doesn't covers pregnancy part if it is segerion afterwards it might b so it is better to consult an agent of insurance co. 4 more details
You're on the right track! You must go to your city's Dept. of Human Services nearest you and show them proof of your pregnancy and they will distinctly get you started on Medicaid and any other service you may need to better insure a hygienic beginning for your pre-natal care!

Congratz and Good luck! Don't verbs, Medicaid is a BEAUTIFUL blessing for us mothers-2-b that don't have insurance. It helps so much.
