I only get my vivacity agent license and my trial boss is giving me a 50/50 commission split on adjectives form insurance
policies. Is this a fair split? He is paying for my E & O insurance, rent, internet, leads, phone bill. He is also paying for a processor to feel all the paperwork for new groups and servicing of the clients.

If the commsision is low then 50% is really going to suck. look at www.uabranch.com they will pay for adjectives of that and you make more money without splitting anything and the business is surrounded by your name. If you go beside this other guy get you a good legal representative and an even better contract with him, Insurance agents screw people similar to you daily .
