Health Insurance?

An employer that offers health insurance to full time workforce: Can the employer deny you coverage for any reason at all if your a full time member of staff?
Answers:
Your employer can deny you coverage as long as they are denying it to others at your job level. Also the insurance company does not hold to pay for any pre-existing condition you have
The employer would not be the one denying coverage it would be the robustness insurance company that would deny you coverage.

If the health insurance company has a pre-existing condition clause, the insurance company may not cover you for the pre-existing condition, but would cover other medical expenses not relatebeside yourselfhe pre-existing condition.

If your employer offers different health insurance companies to choose from pick one in need the pre-existing condition clause.

yes, but not on an individual font. they can deny to certain levels of full-timers, but not selectively.
No, they can't deny you coverage. --and yes, that's how your insurance would work, if one covers a percentage the other policy should pick it up....just one thing, your policy from your position, would be the primary insurance when you go to the dr...meaning that the dr is going to use your insurance first, later your husbands. If you want to put your husband on your policy, then it would be the opposite when he go, his policy would be the primary, and then your policy the secondary. They are other going to bill the primary first, then the secondary.
