Are employer responsible for offering condition insurance to workforce through companys of the organization choice?

Answers: no
Most employer are not responsible for offering insurance period, much less at the choice of the body.
If they offer insurance at all, it is one that will bring them as a group and then they decide how much of the premium they will remuneration and how much the employee will pay.
No they are not. Employers are not required to offer health insurance at adjectives. A job with strength benefits usually means you are offered a defined health bunch. It may include your choice of more than one medical provider, but this is strictly up to the employer.

No. You're lucky if they offer you anything at all because that isn't even required.
no, if you are lucky they proffer a group plan that you can join, but they are not required to even do that. You will not have any option as to deductables or even the provider, thats all set by them, and not negotiable, pretty much transport it or leave it. I'm lucky enough to hold my comapany pay for my health insurance, and so far its be great, I would tweak a few things if possible, but its not an option, so I live beside it and be glad its free for me! Nope. You don't take a say in what insurance company your employer chooses to provide benefits through.

(This is assuming, logically, that your employer chooses to offer health insurance benefits at adjectives...which they are not required to do.)

The employer (or a broker/agent acting on the employer's behalf) generally looks around for the best deal that they can obtain and negotiates a contract with the company. ("Best deal" doesn't necessarily lately mean lowest price - the company or agent will also look at the financial stability of the insurance company, track record, etc. But price without a doubt is a huge factor, of course.)
Nope.

Employers are not required to offer health insurance at adjectives. If they do, they offer it thru their preferred company - which is usually the one who gives them the best accord, price-wise.
Employers are not responsible for offering or providing health insurance. If they offer and provide vigour insurance, it is simply a perk (which is taxable in the UK). You are limited to anything the policy and company they provide and is usually only provided to the employee. If you preference to hold a different policy with the same form insurance provider, you are typically expected to pay the difference. Adding members of your family connections to the policy will also typically not be covered by your employer so you will have to pay for them.
No. They aren't required to offer ANY health insurance at adjectives. It's strictly voluntary. When they DO offer health insurance, what they can contribute is highly dependent on how many body they have. If you have 500 force, you can offer 3-5 different plans to chose from. If you have 10 organization, you're only going to get one plan, run it or leave it. The employer picks the plan(s), then the hand has two choices - take it, or set off it. Source(s): agent, 21+ years
if you are offered H insurance [good] don't think you will bring back a choice though
