I own my form insurance license, where on earth should I put that on my resume?

Right now, it is on the bottom, under my college tuition. should it be on the top?

I would put it at the bottom with your college degree and send for that section "Education and Certifications"
Under certifications/licenses or qualifications/skills sections.
