Adding stepson to Health Insurance Policy?

My husband is court ordered to have health insurance for his son, but my insurance is better and cheaper. I simply found out that I can carry my stepson under my plan, but I currently own a 3 year restraining order against the boy's mother. Would she be able to find out any personal information roughly speaking me, e.g., my employer's name/address, who's my doctor, etc? I can just imagine how far she will try to progress to get anything on me. Thanks!
Answers:
Actually, yes, they usually confirm an address at the hospital when you go contained by for treatment.
Whatever information she could find out about you from your step-son's health insurance coverage would be so insignificant as to be worthless to her. A restraining command is irrelevant as far as coverage is concerned.
