My uncle who is a retired policeman from Oregon is retiring to Chiriqui. He is 57 and has diabetes and his policy from work does not cover him after retirement. Does anybody have support on how to get him a policy?

Unfortunately it is not possible for his US policy to cover him in Panama. We own Blue Cross Blue Shield here, but you can't transfer the coverage.
