Most people I know are paying close to $570 a month just to enjoy good health insurance and when it comes time to need a special test such as a CT or MRI, it won't pay for it. You unsophisticatedly have to fight the insurance company to take them to pay anything? We pay basically as much for health insurance as we do for a house note.
