Health insurance for a soul next to a pre-existing condition contained by the state of Washington?

My husband who is 35 and a contractor has a pre-existing condition. Does somebody know of a health insurance who take members with pre-existing conditions within the state of Washington?

I simply didn't report my pre-existing condition and the insurance covered me. Depeneding on what it is would I say don't report a pre-existing condition. I am officially blind, when I worked I bought insurance via my employer(AETNA), they never asked so I didn't tell. I don't think you own to report any preexisting condition unless you are specifically asked about it in the application form!!
