A former employer forgot to revoke condition insurance...?

My friend quit her job and the former employer forgot to cancel her condition insurance. She is still using it. I think she may have to recompense it back. She says it is their idiosyncrasy for not cancelling it and doesn't think she will hold to reimburse them.

Who is right and what can happen?

She won't have to wages back her company. She'll just be liable for adjectives the bills to her doctors once the insurance company retracts payments for her claims.

This is what will happen:

Her employer will figure out that she's still planned on their policy. (If they haven't already...sometimes the paperwork just takes awhile to take into custody up and be entered.)
