No. Many companies hold either eliminated benefits adjectives together, or only include an employee after 6 months of employment and even next, the costs are extremely high as you know.
There exists a Plan (since 1992) that one may purchase practically anywhere in the USA and rob it with them where ever they turn. State to state, job to job. Designed for adjectives situations with NO hidden fees or costs or bills within the mail un-expectedly. In fact, your friend, if you live at duplicate address, and everyone under your roof, may obtain a Single Plan for adjectives of you without health question or pre-exams.
You all will receive membership cards and packages, however may use the dental portion as early as this week. And all the benefits inwardly 10 days to 2 weeks, unless there comes an emergency in which they touch for you as well, immediately.
Under $40 monthly for everyone at your address, on one plan.
Guaranteed not to rise for 2 years! No longterm contracts. No age precincts. No limits at all. Cancel anytime. Millions own these plans. (see below)

This typically varies by employer, not by state.
Can't say for in no doubt that ALL employer's have health coverage for their human resources. However, I know there are a lot of California groups that do pass health coverage.
The only method to know for certain is to check during the interview.
(I know a lot of the California groups enjoy Pacificare (now UnitedHealthcare) or Blue Cross of California.)
Some may not. It's a good question to ask within an interview though, if it is something your friend feels she needs.
Not adjectives employer's pay for the coverage either. That is adjectives part of how each individual employer have set up their benefit design.
Bottom line is, your friend needs to ask nearly the benefits. Explain to the interviewer the importance of the benefits to her and go from within. Source(s): I'm a Sr. Client Service Specialist/Subject Matter Specialist for UnitedHealthcare
Most employer have a plan with reduced rates for human resources. Few have free healthcare.
In my state, employer with less than fifty workers are not required to offer health insurance. If your friend wishes health insurance, she should work for a hospital or a larger company. Most likely she will enjoy to pay for part of the premium out of her income check, that's how it is for me, at least. I do think that CA have just implemented a vigour care program for all CA residents (state sponsored) but I own no idea what the requirements for residency are.
