Sadly, not out of her own pocket. It would be out of adjectives of ours who already have health insurance, and those who would otherwise afford it but their employer stopped offering it as a benefit because the political affairs offers it for "free." We'd pay for it through a federal income excise every pay day. And to payment for such a humongous undertaking, a huge chunk will be taken out, even more than now.

Personally, I'd like to see it limited to children--those below 18, as a working definition. Most adults see the culprit for their bad health every time they look into the mirror. You can't shortcoming kids for their parents being poor and/or making bad strength decisions that affect them.
Maybe employers will do more to insure their force, instead of taking the low road--like outsourcing.
As an initial point, Hillary is not proposing national health insurance. She is proposing mandatory health insurance (with mandate on both insurance companies and individuals).

Basically, the proposal is that you will have to buy health insurance and that insurance companies will not know how to exclude you. To the extent that some people are not able to afford insurance, at hand will be the right to buy into the plans used by government employees at a price used to based on income. This proposal is very similar to the program established by Governor Romney within Massachusetts.

To the extent that the program does involve additional government expense for those need help paying for health insurance, most of the expense will be compensated for by allowing the ill-conceived tax cuts for the top 5% of wealth and income passed within 2001 to expire in 2011.

The economists I hold heard speak about it enjoy analyzed the costs and have the opinion our taxes will move about up by a much smaller margin than many will believe. It isn't as though if she's elected we'll enjoy UHC the next day. It will enjoy to go through Congress and Lord knows that frequent changes will occur until that time a plan is settled on and put to a vote.
