Are co-habitational couples, surrounded by Texas, allowed to be covered beneath indistinguishable robustness insurance plan?

I heard that a law be passed allowing this, but I do not know if this is true, nor have I been competent to find any information on the subject.
Answers:
No and No. Texas is great but it does not allow for marriages outside of the great states regulations. Very conservative and by the book morality. It provides for child support but not alimony. I have great pride and appreciate the law that govern there. If you want to form a contract and live up to the laws that govern...fine. Want to product up laws that give you no contract and you are on your own. Get married or be single....your choice and stand up for your beliefs.
It depends on the insurance carrier. It is allowed but not required. Check next to your carrier and if so, they will tell you what you have need of to do.
No, not true. Source(s): agent in Houston
I don't conjecture so, but, contact the Texas insurance commission, they are the ones that regulate insurance companies in Texas. Source(s): http://www.google.com/search?q=texas+ins…
