If an employer offer form insurance benefits, can the employer trade name the member of staff compensate for their dependants?

an employer offers health insurance but for me to make the addition of my children to the coverage, they will not pay for any part of the auxiliary premium for the children(dependents). is this normal, or is it now a statute for the employer to offer discounted family coverage?

the employer is not required to relieve cover the costs of insuring your dependents. this isnt usual, but it isnt illegal either. if you dont resembling your employer's policy on dependent insurance coverage you can always find an employer with a policy you similar to.
