How to remove someone from employer strength insurance?

i have medical right but one of my uncle put me in his employer strength insurance. how can he remove me from his insurance? help
Answers:
If he pays for it he can drop your coverage, yes.
He can't, unless he gets fired, unless it's "open enrollment" for his company.
I'm a little confused give or take a few your question---I think you're saying you are on his insurance presently and want to be taken off of it? He would just tolerate his employer know he wants to drop you and they would take meticulousness of it.
is your uncle your legalized guardian? if not he cannot put you on the policy. have him contact his benefit rep.
