Health insurance for green card holders?
My father in law is a green card holder for 3 years and in recent times turned 65. I don't think he's eligible for Medicaid but would he be eligible for medi-Cal benefits (he's a california resident)? Any recommendations on where on earth to get reasonable insurance policy?

Getting a position is the best idea. Been here three years, and now requirements to use a govt. program that is paid for by toll payers. He needs to be one of the 65 to 75 year olds that are out working past retirement because times aren't as suitable as they used to be for our elderly.
Kaiser, Blue cross/Blue shield. Try going to insurance.com or he can get a job that offer health insurance.
